7. Service Termination
Customer Termination: You may cancel your service at any time with 30 days notice. No early termination fees apply to our standard plans.
Company Termination: We may terminate service for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other material breach after appropriate notice and opportunity to cure.
Equipment Return: Upon termination, you must return all Foam-owned equipment in good condition or pay applicable equipment fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our website at least 30 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
